Romans 8:35-37 (TPT)  Who could ever separate us from the endless love of God’s Anointed One? Absolutely no one! For nothing in the universe has the power to diminish his love toward us. Troubles, pressures, and problems are unable to come between us and heaven’s love. What about persecutions, deprivations, dangers, and death threats? No, for they are all impotent to hinder omnipotent love, even though it is written: All day long we face death threats for your sake, God. We are considered to be nothing more than sheep to be slaughtered!

Yet even in the midst of all these things, we triumph over them ALL, for God has made us to be MORE than conquerors, and his demonstrated love is our glorious victory over everything!

The important thing to note here is that we are not just conquerors, we are MORE than conquerors.  So you not only conquer everything listed up there in that scripture – you MORE than do so.

When you realize you are already MORE than a conqueror, that you triumph over all the enemy throws at you, then you add in your confession.  What you say consistently. 

The Bible tells us Jesus is High Priest of our Confession (profession).  Because He is our high priest, we are advised to hold on to our confession – without wavering (unsure) because God is faithful

So why did I first remind you that you are MORE than a conqueror then switch to holding on to our confession of faith?

You can’t be a conqueror if you don’t know you are one. You can’t be a conqueror if you don’t confess you are one. You may not even feel you are a conqueror – but God says you are! Who are you going to believe? What are you going to say?

If God says you are and you believe it and confess it – then you are creating that reality in your life that you ARE more than a conqueror. When you believe it, you walk in a boldness that keeps you standing when everything LOOKS like it has going upside down.

Our entire walk with God is based on our words. How can I say that? Well, think about it.

How did you get saved (born again, take Jesus as your Savior)? THROUGH YOUR OWN WORDS. You went from death to life – through words. THAT is how important your words are.

In these times we are living in, it is important to know that you triumph over all of the enemy’s tricks. It is important to know you are MORE than a conqueror; therefore, you go over and above in winning. It is important to SPEAK what God says you are.

Don’t speak defeat. Don’t speak fear. Don’t speak lack. Don’t speak what the enemy says about your kids. Don’t speak depression. Don’t speak loser.

Speak Life. You are MORE than a conqueror through Jesus.
