John 15:7
King James Bible
If ye abide in Me, and My words abide (live) in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
Contemporary English Version
Stay joined to Me and let My teachings become part of you. Then you can pray for whatever you want, and your prayer will be answered.

Have you ever wondered why a certain prayer seemingly wasn’t answered? If you read the Musing a couple of weeks ago about having trouble being healed, you learned one issue might be low Word level or even wrong speaking.
This week Jesus says* that if you abide in Him and His Word abides, lives, in you then you can ask what you want and your prayer will be answered**.
If it seems like it doesn’t**, THE PROBLEM IS NEVER WITH GOD. If you think it is, there is your first problem. God doesn’t make mistakes. Check yourself. Ask God what’s going on. Then listen inside to see what He answers.
In me, it’s almost always low Word level or I haven’t done something He told me to do. Boo. But I want answers more than I want to think I’m right. I got over thinking I could possibly be right against God many chastisements ago.
For the Word to abide in you, you must first believe what you read, meditate on it (think about it, watch teachings on it, etc.) then say it until it lives in you to the point you speak it and obey it. Like if you sneeze, don’t say, “I must be coming down with a cold”. NO, you say, “By His stripes, I am the healed. Satan is trying to steal my healing and he can’t have it!” (1 Peter 2:24)
It always reminds me of the 70’s or 80’s Pi^lsbury commercial where a human finger pokes the Popping Fresh Doughboy character and he giggles. That’s what’s in him and that’s what comes out of him.

If you get poked by satanic pressure, problems, aggravation, etc., what should come out of y0u is the Word of God. The Word should be in you so much that every answer you speak is God’s Word. His answer. NEVER the world’s answer.
If we listen to someone speak, we can know exactly where they are in their walk with God. Either the Word abides in them or it doesn’t. What’s in them does eventually come out, especially if they get under pressure.
