~~I’m re-posting (some modifications) a few older Musings. I’m up to my ears in unpacking, trusting the Holy Spirit to help me find things I can’t find. I’ll be back but in the meantime, enjoy these oldies!~~

God is the first Special Force. Just like the Army’s Rangers, Navy’s SEALs, Green Berets, and the like, God has covert operations. Don’t believe me? Check out Verse 1 of Psalm 91 (KJV), then read the Strong’s translation:
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Here is the Strong’s translation:
He who lives in the covert* of the Most High will abide in the Alstrong’s shade
Looking up all the words, this scripture is saying:
He who sits down in the hiding place of the Supreme God will stay permanently in the protection and security of Almighty God
Verse 2 (NLT) – This I declare (say) about the LORD: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my God, and I trust Him.
The covert operation has two parts. Your part is the first 2 verses – resting, trusting and saying. “Saying” means you have to hear and believe God’s Word (the Bible), and receive it for yourself by saying, “That’s mine. Deliverance and protection by God belong to me!”
When we do our part, God does His part – delivering and protecting. I’ve heard plenty of stories about military personnel in battle who quoted Psalms 91 before going out and having obvious supernatural protection.
And about parents who pray it over their children in the military (and everywhere else in life). Again, supernatural protection.
There are also God’s Special Forces teams – His Angels. They are put here to “minister” to us – attend to the needs of, serve us, work for us, and do what we speak that lines up with God’s Word.
In other words, you can’t say, “We’re gonna die!!” in a dire situation. You just cut off your own protection. You can ask angels to protect yourself, children, family but you can’t speak against that or they can’t work for you.
Trust in the Lord and no matter how dangerous this world becomes, know that God will rescue you. Believe He’s got your back, literally (Isaiah 52:12, Isaiah 58:8).

*Covert: a thicket in which game can hide; Covert things are hidden, private, or stealthy.
Really appreciate, it’s a great blessing
